Granada Partners is looking for a passionate B2B Social Media Marketing Intern. In this role you will be responsible for creating and evaluating all social media strategies and tactics and implementing those tactics. This position will engage audiences on social platforms and help lead, manage, plan, develop and execute social programs for Granada Partners and our clients.
In addition to working with emerging social media marketing tools, the position will be heavily involved with all aspects of the traditional marketing mix; advertising, direct marketing and public relations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create, implement and guide the social media strategy aligned to business and marketing objectives.
- Create, curate and develop content to leverage across social channels.
- Identify, recommend and execute improvements for optimizing social strategies and platforms.
- Understand and execute inbound methodologies and influencer marketing strategies while navigating a full spectrum or marketing goals.
- Use Dreamweaver to modify content on Granada Partners’ website and Google AdWords to build campaigns to tune positioning in search engine rankings.
- Consolidate and clean contact databases within Salesforce.com and build outbound email marketing campaigns within Salesforce.com and Constant Contact that utilize those databases.
- Relationship Management using Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, & WordPress to engage audiences and promote Granada Partners.
- Manage Google Analytics, ConstantContact and Salesforce.com to develop, execute, track, report and analyze social campaigns against business goals, objectives and key performance indicators.

Requirements, Skills and Attributes
- Must have completed at least 12 credit hours and pursuing a 4-year degree.

- Maintain at least a 3.0 grade point average.

This leadership position is responsible for all aspects of managing key alliances for Granada Partners’ clients. In this role you will work closely with our clients’ marketing, sales, development, and alliance teams to build and manage revenue-generating partnerships with top tier hardware, software and services companies.
This position requires an experienced business development and alliances leader with a deep understanding of the enterprise software partner ecosystem and must be able to quickly assimilate the market dynamics of the specific segments in which our clients compete. Successful candidates will have a reputation for solid execution and possess experience of successfully driving significant revenue from alliance relationships. Applicants must be experienced working at senior executive levels, and have the skills and stamina to build a pipeline of new business opportunity.
Skills and Attributes
- Experienced in strategic, consultative partner management in the target ecosystem to establish and maintain revenue-producing relationships with key partners.
- Solid knowledge of technologies deployed in ERP, supply chain, CRM, infrastructure and security. Experience with systems management and integration services.

Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the ecosystem to produce a rapid expansion of pipeline and efficient closure of new business.

Job Description
Granada Partners is looking for an experienced inside sales person to identify prospects for Granada Partners' Outsourced Business Development Services. This role will be a key contributor in contacting and qualifying prospects in the technology sector. Working closely with the Granada Partners leadership team, this person will make initial contact with targeted companies in conjunction with marketing and sales campaigns.
Skills and Attributes
- 5+ years of experience in telemarketing or sales in applications, infrastructure and security sectors.
- Prior experience with any of the following would be a plus: global systems integrators, global systems outsourcers, audit and advisory firms, enterprise applications software developers, hardware and infrastructure manufacturers or networking infrastructure equipment providers
- Proven ability to effectively contact prospects, drive interest and pre-qualify a lead
- Persistence in finding the right person to engage with at a target company, and the ability to continuously improve the process
- Proven experience in a fast-paced and highly collaborative start-up environment
- Candidate must be self-motivated, creative with a high-level of energy and excellent interpersonal skills

Typical Engagement Profile
Granada Partners' Inside Sales Directors will invest their time and energy in outbound calls and emails to the CEO, VP Sales and CFO constituents in emerging technology companies in North America and Western Europe. The primary mission is to set up a brief introductory web conference or schedule a face-to-face meeting at selected national technology trade shows. As part of the role, Inside Sales Director also engage in the following activities:
- Call Preparation: Online research to review products, understand marketplace and ecosystem positioning, assimilate marketing materials, study current partner and channel strategy.
